Shipping

We strive to make every transaction as simple, safe, and satisfying as possible, and we know you want your order as soon as you click on the Add to Cart button so we try our very best to ship your order at least 48 hours after payment has been received.  All item are shipped by USPS.

USPS shipping is available for orders with a PO Box, Rural Route, or APO/FPO/DPO address. Orders shipped to a PO Box or Rural Route will arrive within 7-10 business days.

 Do you offer free shipping? 

Throughout the Year we will offer specials with free shipping. Sign Up to receive our email for notification on our Free Shipping Specials. 

If I choose Next Day or 2 Day Shipping, when will I get my order? 

Orders take 1 to 2 business day to process before shipping. Therefore, if you opt for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping, it will take 1 day longer than the shipping method: 2 Days total for Next Day Air and 3 Days total for 2nd Day Air.

 Do you ship to military addresses? 

We do! Please enter "APO" or "FPO" in the city field and then choose either AP/AA/AE from the state drop down on our checkout page. 

I have not received my order yet. 

Please wait 1 to 2 business day to receive your tracking number. If you have not yet received it via email (check your spam box) please contact us for the tracking number. Keep in mind that the USPS tracking number may take up to 1 business day to yield any useful info. If it has been over 2 weeks since you received tracking number for your US order please contact customer support.

 My package was late, can I get my shipping fees refunded? 

If your order was delayed due to us or the courier, we will issue a refund for the shipping fees. If your order is late due to reasons other than the fault of the courier, or us (factors that disrupts the air and ground transportation systems, weather conditions, natural disasters, or an act of God) we will not issue a refund. All shipping times on our FAQ are "estimates" and do not qualify for a refund if they are not delivered on within the time frame on our FAQ.
